Jun. 22nd, 2011 08:57 amYesterday afternoon I devoted a fair amount of time to trying to plan my runs for the week. I had wanted to run that night before dinner, but was wondering if it wasn't too hot to run while the sun was still up. After thinking so much about the bad whether, when I finally stepped outside at 4:30 to go home I instinctively braced myself for the cold...but of course it was hot?
Old habits die hard, I guess. When my mind prepares itself for "bad weather," it automatically assumes cold. Thanks, Hokkaido. I don't even know what to do with myself now that it's muggy and hot!
